The following permits and licenses are available by contacting the Customer Service office at 785-587-2480 or by emailing CS@CityofMHK.com. If you would like a list of currently licensed businesses, please contact Customer Service during business hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
