How can I cancel Auto-renewal on my bundle?

You can cancel Auto-renewal by dialling *190# and entering 1 to confirm the cancelation. This option is also available online. Log in to your My Lycamobile account and go to Overview > Click Here to View Bundle Details > View Details > Cancel Renewal.
